The hypothalamus tissues were mixed with cold PBS at the ratio of 1:9 (w:v) and homogenized to obtain the fresh supernatant, which was centrifuged at 4500 r·min?1 for 18?min, at 4 ℃. The contents of IL-6, IL-10, tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α, IFN-γ, NO, and iNOS were detected using the specifc enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kits (Hengyuan, China).
